For Anzac Day on the 25th of April I usually make Anzac biscuits, and this year chocolate chip cookies as well. They did turn out a little flat, maybe too much butter, but they were great with a cup of tea. We spent Anzac Day with my parents and finished the day with a BBQ. Next year we want to take the boys to the dawn service and maybe the march in the city.
The plates the cookies are on were from my Grandmother, she had the best collection of seventies crockery and orange is her favourite colour.
