It has been so hot here, 43°C or 109°F and in the city it reached 45°C. We are keeping the birdbath topped up for the birds. The garden is looking very dry and luckily most trees and shrubs are so well established they don't need watering. I do hope the gladiolus flower in a few weeks, I have neglected them a little.
Hi Julie & Happy New Year. I can imagine 45º must be unbearable. Was -25º here this past weekend ... oh to live somewhere temperate... Lucky girl to have such beautiful birds around, though. Keep cool & carry on!
